In a free, no-obligation 30-minute introductory call, we discuss your process, the systems involved and the outcome you want. I focus on manufacturers with their own online shops. Suitable retailer and other automation projects are welcome too.
Understand the current workflow
Describe one specific process: where does it involve manual work, what takes time, and what outcome would help your team? Product data, internal support and B2B enquiries are possible starting points.
Look at the data and systems
We discuss the information available, the systems involved and who knows the process from day to day. You do not need to know every interface or prepare system access.
Agree on the next step
I give you an initial verbal assessment of possible approaches and open questions. We decide together whether working together appears useful. A finished architecture or written assessment is not part of this introductory call.

What to bring
A rough process description, the main system names and, if possible, one typical example are enough. Your shop URL and someone who knows the process are helpful. No presentation or technical preparation is needed. We do not need confidential customer data or access credentials for this conversation.
What happens afterwards
If working together appears useful, I will propose an individually scoped engagement. Direct implementation, a paid assessment or a prototype may be appropriate. Deciding not to start a project is also a possible outcome. We agree on scope, deliverables and fees before you commission any work.
If a pilot makes sense, we define a limited workflow, representative test cases and clear acceptance criteria. A pilot is optional and does not automatically include a complete production system.
